Terms & Conditions
- Your cat must be vaccinated (within the last 12 months and at least 14 days prior to arrival) against Feline Infectious Enteritis, Rhinotrachitis and Calicivirus. Only cats with a current vaccination certificate will be accepted.
- Isolation accommodation is available in special circumstanced for those whose vaccination has been carried out less than 14 days prior to arrival. Please ring first.
- Cats have to be either spayed or neutered. You are requested to de-flea/worm your cat at least 5 days before (and no longer than 4 weeks prior to) arrival. Your cat will be checked for fleas and worms should the need arise. You (the owner) will be responsible for all costs incurred.
- If necessary, the cattery owners reserve the right to refer your cat for veterinary treatment. You (the owner) will be responsible for all costs incurred.
- Full care and attention will be given to your cat, but in the unlikely event that it becomes ill, has an accident or dies, the owners will not accept any liability.
- Your written authority must be given to release your cat to another party.
- By booking your cat in at Greenlake Cattery it is taken that you (the owner) fully understand these terms and conditions.
Medication
Cats will not be accepted who are on medication for life threatening illnesses or have been diagnosed with infectious diseases. Cats will be given tablets for basic treatment if they can be crushed and put into food. All non-specific treatments will be administered if required to accommodate a cat. There is no c
harge for this.
- Elderly or disabled cats
The owners reserve the right to refuse a cat, if they are very old/frail or ill. A cattery is primarily for healthy cats. Please consider your cat's welfare. The owners are not qualified to look after cats that need "specialised" nursing care.
Opening times for visiting, collection and delivery
8am to 10.30am and 4 - 6pm 7 days a week unless other arrangements have been made. Please ring first.- All fees will be payable on collection of your cat. Any unpaid fees and will incur late payment fees and collection costs.
